At the December Full Council meeting, Stevenage Labour Councillors chose not to condemn illegal and dangerous motorway protests, despite them disrupting thousands of people trying to get to work, delaying ambulances and causing car accidents.
Stevenage Labour Councillors voted against a Conservative motion proposed by Cllr Phil Bibby CC and seconded by Cllr Bret Facey, which supported the recruitment of 184 extra police officers in Hertfordshire since 2019.
Knebworth has been selected as part of the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) which proposes changes to footpaths, crossings and cycle routes.
Many residents in Knebworth have for a while expressed concerns that they are not in favour of the adoption of the Local Plan because the current infrastructure in the village does not support the proposals being made.
