I am an NHS children’s nurse and have worked in Stevenage for nearly 20 years where I live with my husband and 3 children. I want to make sure that Stevenage Council works with the County Council to ensure that every Stevenage child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
I have lived in Stevenage all of my life and Martins Wood is a
great part of our town. I live nearby and so regularly see the issues that occur in the local neighbourhoods. I help out at my church and volunteer with the elderly. I am keen that the Council does more to help young people.
I have lived in Stevenage for 11 years and previously worked in a special needs school. I work closely with my husband who is a Councillor. This has led to me developing an interest in public service.
I have lived in Stevenage all of my adult life and was educated at Thomas Alleyne’s School. I have lived in Chells for 19 years. Walking around Chells I see overflowing litterbins. There need to be larger and more bins in Chells or we will see an increase in discarded rubbish.
I have lived in Stevenage for over 30 years and have seen first-hand how Labour have neglected our communities and allowed neighbourhoods to become rundown. I’d like to see better value for money from our Council Tax with better services being provided.
