We are pleased to announce that Pawel Gora will be our candidate to contest Roebuck ward Division at the October the 30th Stevenage Borough Council by-elections.
Paw is a passionate about his where he lives and HIS county the United kingdom.
About Pawel, in his own words:
My Priorities
1. Fairness and Accountability in Migration
I will stand firm against illegal migration at the local level. Our community should not be burdened with free hotels and pocket money for those who can work but choose not to.
Taxpayer money should go where it truly matters — to support school meals for our children, improve roads and street lighting, strengthen healthcare, and sustain our local businesses.
We must protect what makes our communities thrive — our pubs, post offices, and local jobs — not allow them to disappear under Labour’s neglect.2. Pride in Our Nation and Our Values
I will proudly wave the flag — literally and symbolically. We should all be proud of who we are and of the British values that unite us.
I will champion the display of the Union Jack and the Saint George’s Cross on public buildings and in community spaces. These flags are not just symbols — they represent our shared identity, unity, and history.3. Public Safety and Common Sense Justice
Safety is the foundation of a strong community. I support a firm, no-nonsense approach to crime.
Coming from Poland — one of the safest countries in the world — I know effective solutions exist. I’ll push for equal standards for all, no special treatment for offenders, and immediate deportation for foreign nationals who break the law.
Everyone deserves to feel safe on our streets, and I will fight to make that a reality.4. Protecting Freedom and Privacy
I strongly oppose the Digital ID proposal. We already have reliable ways to prove who we are — we don’t need another layer of surveillance.
Freedom and privacy are cornerstones of our democracy, and I will resist any attempt to turn citizens into data points for government monitoring. My Promise
I will bring honesty, determination, and practical problem-solving to local government. I will speak up when others stay silent, and I will stand up for fairness, safety, and British pride in Stevenage.
Together, we can protect what’s best about our community — and build a stronger, safer, prouder future.
